"Ainsley asked me to meet him here, but I don't see him nowhere." E.L frowned as Mollie-Sue and he lingered on the bridge. It was one of their favorite haunts right there with the weeping willows drawn about them like stage curtains. Mollie-Sue hadn't never been to Louisiana City Park, neither. E.L sure hoped his buddy didn't mind him bringing a girl along. The day was too pretty to pass up on improving the view with a real pretty face.

Enough to be able to think carefully enough to choose the right words. He came up with, "Hit it long and far, that's me," and laughed hard before shaking his head and running both hands through his hair.
"Y'all can't really be expectin' no details, right? We got a lady in our company. But I'll say it... well, it ain't even been twenty-four hours since, so who knows if she got complaints or not."
